Puget Sound storms are mostly wind and rain: tabs lifted and creased, ridge caps torn off, limbs through the deck. Damage that is not photographed early is hard to claim later.
We inspect, photograph and write up what we find, then meet your adjuster on the roof if you want us there. If the adjuster misses items, we document them for a supplement.
Your insurer decides what is covered. We never promise a claim will be paid, and we never charge to inspect.

We document the damage, prepare the photo report and meet the adjuster if you ask us to. The claim stays between you and your insurer.
Will insurance pay for a new roof?
We cannot promise that, and nobody honest can. We show the insurer exactly what is there and you decide what to do with their answer.
How soon should I call after a storm?
As soon as it is safe. Photos taken in the first days are the strongest record.
