Water was coming through the bedroom ceiling at one in the morning. They had a tarp on before the next band of rain came through, and the photos were in my inbox the next day.
They met our adjuster on the roof and pointed out the ridge damage he had walked past. I did not have to argue with anyone.
The estimate listed every layer and what it cost. Easiest quote to compare of the three we got.
They told me the moss was the problem, not the roof, and saved me a replacement I did not need yet.
Booked the inspection through the chat on a Sunday night. Got a text with the time and the inspector's name.
Clean site every evening. My kids found zero nails in the yard, and they looked.
Reviews from the job site
When a job is signed off, the crew lead taps once and the homeowner gets a text with a link to leave a review. No chasing, no forms.
